Agreement to terms
By using ghostwrights.com or engaging Ghostwrights for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage our services.
Services
Ghostwrights provides white-label web development, app development, and SEO services to agencies. Specific scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written quote or statement of work, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.
White-label & confidentiality
We work under NDA as standard for client engagements. Deliverables are provided free of Ghostwrights branding unless otherwise agreed. Confidentiality obligations for a specific engagement are set out in the applicable NDA or contract.
Payment
Payment terms (typically milestone-based, e.g. a percentage at project start and the remainder at delivery, or monthly billing on capacity plans) are set per engagement in the applicable quote. Late payment may pause active work.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of code and deliverables transfers to the client (your agency, and through you, your end client) upon full payment. Ghostwrights retains no ongoing rights to use client-specific deliverables beyond what's needed to provide support.
Revisions & scope
In-scope revisions are included as defined per project. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before being started.
Limitation of liability
Ghostwrights' liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Website use
Content on this website is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but don't guarantee completeness at all times.
Governing law
